Roy Fullick served with The Rifle Brigade during the Second World War and took part
in the 7th Armoured Division's attempt to relieve the 1st Airborne Division at Arnhem.
After the war he saw extensive service abroad with the Green Jackets and the Parachute Regiment,
including the Suez expedition of 1956. He retired in 1958 from his last appointment as an
instructor at the Army Staff College, Camberley. In civilian life he was a printer and publisher.
